Want to watch an awesome flag football game on Saturday? The North Philadelphia Aztecs are returning to their home field for the first time in 20 years to take on the South County Chargers. But before the kickoff, they are having a Media Flag Football game for charity, with one of the players being yours truly. Find out more about the charity game and more, after the jump!

Our friends over at the Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership is welcoming friends into their new office at the Globe Dye Works. Visit their new space during the 'Office Warming Party" on September 17th from 5:30 to 7 PM. The Globe Dye Works is a converted factory building in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. Located at 4500 Worth Street, the building first opened in 1865, running a yard dyeing business.

Did you make it to the hottest green event of the weekend? Greenfest Philly 2013, hosted by Clean Air Council, took Headhouse by storm on Sunday for thousands of attendees. The day was full of gorgeous weather, enthusiastic participants and greenies of all ages. The outdoor beer garden was booming with partakers. Bands entertained us as a few festival showcasers entertained us while sharing their green initiatives. Nonprofits, vendor booths and more helped attendees become a little more green.
