• Register for your FREE tree on the TreePhilly website. Register for up to 2 FREE trees.
• Pick an event that you want to pick up your tree from.
• Attend the event, learn about how to care for your tree and go home with your new trunk BFF.

Types of Trees in treephilly’s Fall 2015 giveaway

TreePhilly offers 9 different varieties of trees this year. Here’s the options:

Large Shade Trees

• Willow Oak (Quercus phellos)
• Sugar maple (Acer saccharum)
• Sugarberry (Celtis occidentalis)

Small Trees

• American Hornbeam (Carpinus caroliniana)
• Cornelian Cherry (Cornus mas)
• White Fringetree (Chionanthus virginicus)

Fruit Trees

• Paw Paw (Asimina triloba)
• Elberta or Redhaven Peach (Prunus persica ‘Elberta’ or ‘Redhaven’)
• Brown Turkey Fig (Ficus carica ‘Brown Turkey’)
