Whether you participated in #GivingTuesday or not, there’s a few local kickstarter campaigns that will be perfect to get yourself a green gift (or to a loved one).

3 Local Crowdfunding Campaigns to Support:

1. Chakra Fitwear: Chakra’s combining a few of my favorite things: Repurposing old materials as new and yoga. Created from plastic bottles (and minus the hazardous chemicals like BPA), Chakra Fitwear are the leggings that you can feel good about wearing. As the brainchild of two Drexel University seniors, you’re supporting a local company creating awesome sportswear – minus the controversial quotes of ‘other’ brands…

2. The Wild Mantle: Why settle for a hat when you can get an upcycled hoodie? The Mantle, created by local gal Avi Loren Fox, is created from sustainable materials in the USA. Hat + scarf in one = big win.

3. Spoke Magazine:

Spoke Magazine is set to be the cycling publication talking alllll about Philly. This team of journalists and contributors will bring you cycling news, advice & discuss the latest in Philly bikes, with a little help from their Indiegogo campaign.
