HopePHL will host its
11th Annual Men’s Wellness Day, a community-centered event designed to improve outcomes for men and their families by connecting them to critical health, housing, and economic resources.
In partnership with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Planning and Development and Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), the event reflects a growing recognition that
housing stability, physical health, and financial security are deeply connected. Men’s Wellness Day is organized by members of HopePHL’s Men’s Coffee Talk and Neighborhood Advisory Committee, and the 16
th Police District Advisory Council.
Attendees will have access to:
- Men’s health screenings and wellness resources
- Free haircuts
- Food truck with free meals (while supplies last)
- Housing and city resources
- Job recruitment opportunities
- Run, walk or dance activities for all ages and fitness levels
The event builds on insights from HopePHL’s Men’s Coffee Talk series, which elevates community-driven solutions to challenges facing men in West Philadelphia.
