Join MISSION Story Slam at Triple Bottom Brewing on Tuesday, November 17, for an evening of live, five-minute personal stories inspired by the theme “Role Model.” Presented by PWPvideo, the slam brings together voices from Philadelphia’s nonprofit, advocacy and sustainable-business communities. Expect humor, vulnerability and unexpected turns as storytellers share their experiences of the people who shaped their lives. Come for the stories, connect with the people behind them and help choose the audience favorite. Winning storytellers direct donations to nonprofits of their choice, making this an evening of storytelling that gives back. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Stories begin at 7 p.m.
