Wanderlust: Zen Triathlon 2.0 for Philly

The coolest Triathlon is coming to Philly on Saturday, September 30th!

Instead of a typical triathlon, get immersed in a day for mindfulness and compassion. And don’t worry about training – this day is perfect for anyone, whether it’s your first shot at yoga or 1000th!

Wanderlust 108 is a day packed with mindful movement, with three central pieces to the day: Pump up with cardio, stretch out and reset your mind.

First, a 5K run (although you can jog/skip/walk); followed by a DJ-powered outdoor yoga class and then wrapped up with guided meditation.

And your day isn’t complete – there’s scheduled events afterwards. Want to be like an acrobat? Try acroyoga. Need to get in touch with your bod? Try hoping! Need to relax more? There’s walking meditation.

Other options include AIReal Yoga™, Essential oils workshop, photography or more!
