Love Your Park Service Day 2013

Over 60 of your favorite parks will host happy residents, friends and volunteers on Saturday, November 16 throughout Philadelphia. Volunteers will rake fall leaves, plant bulbs and prepare the parks for winter. The day is hosted by the Fairmount Park Conservancy and Philadelphia Parks & Recreation. It will be a perfect follow-up to Glow in the Park, which is celebrating with food, drinks & music in FDR.

LOVE Your Park is a collaborative year-round initiative to celebrate Philadelphia parks and includes the Fall Service Day and LOVE Your Park Week in the spring.
