Meet the Winners of SBN’s 5th Annual GSI Awards

Sustainable Business Network honored green stormwater infrastructure projects in the Philadelphia region.

The Sustainable Business Network (SBN) announced the winners of its 5th annual Excellence in GSI Awards during a virtual Earth Day ceremony.

“Every public and private GSI project contributes to the improved health of our waterways and our communities, supports diverse local businesses, creates jobs, and improves public health and community well-being,” said Anna Shipp, Executive Director of SBN.

In addition to announcing winners, the ceremony also celebrated ten years of Philadelphia’s green stormwater plan, Green City, Clean Waters.

Philadelphia’s residents want quality water. Green City, Clean Waters has done a phenomenal job making sure our drinking water and local waterways are clean,” said Randy Hayman, Philadelphia Water Commissioner.
