Bresee has 20+ years of experience directing recycling program, coming from Broward County, Florida. He’ll be responsible to increase recycling participation & initiatives like Philadelphia Recycling Rewards Program, and improving commercial & institutional recycling. Welcome Phil, but we’re keeping our eyes on you…
