Philth-a-delphia no more: The Streets Department announced that Phil Bresee has taken over as the new Recycling Coordinator for our City of Philadelphia. Bresee has 20+ years of experience directing recycling program, coming from Broward County, Florida. He’ll be responsible to increase recycling participation & initiatives like Philadelphia Recycling Rewards Program, and improving commercial & institutional recycling.
