Did you know that The Resource Exchange is 15 Years Old?! Come celebrate with us! The night will be filled with all manner of revelrous merriment, live music, light fare + local libations, a silent auction, and a special exhibition of alumni artist works! The Resource Exchange 1800 N American St. 6-10pm Tickets: $25 in advance | $30 at the door ________________________________________________ 15 Years of The Resource Exchange: Thanks to our wonderful community of customers, donors, and volunteers over the last 15 years: 75,000+ choices were made by Philadelphians to source affordable reclaimed materials at The Resource Exchange for a wide range of projects in the community. 275+ tons of reusable materials were kept OUT of landfill, and IN the hands of artists, educators, builders, local businesses + organizations, DIY home owners, and makers of all types! 150+ local artists showcased environmentally conscious works in our reCreate Gallery, alongside our workshops, vendor markets, and events highlighting sustainable practices, inspiring meaningful connections between what we all buy, make, and do in our everyday lives, and how those choices impact the environment we all share. 650+ film/TV/theatre projects donated and/or sourced reclaimed materials to make their productions greener, in everything from local theatre & school plays to over 40 major studio releases. Help us keep the mission alive for another 15 years, and honor the achievements we’ve made together as a community!!
