Petapalooza in Chestnut Hill 

Philadelphia’s Garden District celebrates all things “pets” with the return of Petapalooza on June 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests can treat their pets to a day of playing in doggie pools, looking into their futures with paw readings, and sitting for pet caricatures! Dog owners will have the chance to visit dog training exhibitions while also visiting onsite veterinarians and pet service providers. Those without a furry friend can spend the day visiting more than a dozen pet rescue agencies that will have adorable adoptable animals on-hand looking for a home. This family-friendly event features activities for young children, including face painting and a bouncy house. Participating Chestnut Hill restaurants will offer “Yappy Hours” specials and specialty menu items for the day. This celebrated event will have something for everyone, so plan on spending the entire day in Chestnut Hill! Thank you to the Event Sponsors, the Chestnut Hill Business District and Weavers Way Co-op; Community Partners Elfant Wissahickon Realtors and George Woodward, Co.; and Media Sponsor, Audacy.
