Prepare yourself for the holiday season by releasing stress at the Schuylkill Center during the Fall Adult Restorative Retreat. Enjoy an evening in the outdoors with activities to refresh the mind, body, and spirit. We’ll start with a family-style dinner, followed by some nature-based crafting, outdoor exploration, mindfulness practice and finally an informative and fun cocktail hour.
