Looking for a way to eat super-locally? Even if you have a more black-than-green thumb, many herbs are easy to grow. You can guarantee an organic & local food, from your yard to your plate! These plants grow quickly and are way cheaper coming from your own house. No outdoor space? No sweat! Why Veganism & Vegetarian Impact Sustainability

Recently, I found myself in a heated discussion about food preferences (and choices) with a kickball teammate on a Friday evening after a few glasses of whiskey. 45 minutes later, we were able to agree about why vegetarianism, going local & eating choices impact the environment.
