Men ready for Spring Cleaning: your used clothes can help others!
A suit drive benefiting the Career Wardrobe is happening now through May 7th. You can donate gently-used suits, ties, jackets, shirts, pants, belts, and shoes in support of local unemployed men.
Henry A. Davidsen: Master Tailors & Image Consultants is leading the efforts, and are a primary dropoff for donations.
After all the efforts, there will be a party to celebrate, too. On Monday, May 7th, attend Suits & Sazeracs, a cocktail competition presented by Henry A. Davidsen, Bluebird Distilling and Square 1682 at the Hotel Palomar from 6 to 9 p.m. Dress to impress, sample Sazeracs with local Bluebird Distilling spirits and passed appetizers by Executive Chef Bobby Surdam of Square 1682. Get tickets for $55 online. All proceeds go to Career Wardrobe.
