Happy 500th Green Philly Blog Post!

Hey Green Philly Blog Readers, Fans & Friends,

We thank you for reading, commenting, and continually inspiring us to help Philly become a shade greener.  We still have a long way to go, but we’re very thankful for our readers – veteran and new!

We started this blog over 3 years ago… as two women who wanted to make a difference.  While carpooling & complaining about our former company’s lack of recycling bins, we realized our passion could develop into something bigger.  Something that can educate others.  Something that could help make our city a little bit greener.

Since Green Philly Blog’s infancy, we’ve met so many passionate, interesting and smart innovators that believe in eco-friendly choices.  Individuals that have started businesses to make “going green” easier.  Organizations that implement greener changes.  And, everyday citizens that recycle, purchase organic products and believe in buying local.

Our promise to you is to continue our journey to help make Philadelphia a greener, better, cleaner city.  We’re excited about this milestone and continue to strive towards making GPB even better. Here’s to another 500!

Love,

Julie & Beth
