Summer Yoga Retreat at Schuylkill Center this Saturday

Summer should be a time where we all kick back and relax. But after I’ve been out of town 4 times since Memorial Day, the excitement of warm temperatures and endless outdoor possibilities has me more hectic than ever.

Sound familiar? Do you need to relax and connect with nature?

Get to a Summer Yoga Retreat ASAP!

The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education is hosting a Summer Yoga Retreat this Saturday to tune into nature and help rebalance your body and mind. Blue Banyan founder Sophie Simpson will be your guru for 3 hours of Asana, Pranayama and mental quieting.

Get outside and make sure to register ahead of time.

Details: Saturday, July 12 from 9 AM – noon. $40. Schuylkill Center, 8480 Hagy’s Mill Road, Philadelphia, PA19128 United States
