From Philly with Love – Mini Craft Show 2/7/09

Fretting over what to get your sweetie for Valentines Day?

Saturday, February 7th from 1-3 PM, Tbar (117 S. 12th St, Phila, PA) is hosting a mini craft show so you can support local artists.  Plus you can taste some yummy tea and browse homemade items.

Brass in Pocket Knits is a green artist on display.  These pieces are all made from organic, sustainable yarns and adorned with re-purposed items. 

Other artists include:

  • Archa Gallery – A vareity of acrylic on canvas art inspired from Philly & worldwide
  • Melissahead Designs – Handmade paper goods including note card sets, individual cards, bookmarks, and Love cards for v-day.  Other Valentine items include “Love” coupons, Loveless Valentines & Naughty Mini Valentines if that’s more your style…
  • My Tea Cups – Teacups & mugs adorned with handwritten, orginial haiku celebrating teas.
  • Umlaut Design – Knit & sewn items as well as handmade v-day cards
