With the cold days, it’s easy to miss the Summer warmth and long days outside. Discover ways to reconnect with nature, improve your mental and physical health, and meditation tips from local experts during the Winter Wellness event.

The event will include:

  • Advice on managing stress and focusing on what’s most important to you
  • Ways to surround your life with nature
  • Alternate therapies including medical cannabis and relaxation methods
  • Tips on using herbs and spices to de-stress

Featured speakers include flash talks by de-stressing experts:
