Citizens Bank Park Tops PETA's Vegetarian-Friendly List

Another win for the Phillies boys and girls: Citizens Bank Park is #1 on PETA’s Top 10 vegetarian friendly ball parks. Our home stadium was the first ballpark to offer veggie fare (and recently added more choices) on TOP of being one of the most green stadiums with their Red Goes Green Campaign.

The Phillies stadium serves tasty veggie options like:

Veggie “steak”, veggie “chicken” sandwiches, veggie wraps, and now southwestern black bean burgers and faux “crab cake” salads.

Another reason to be proud to be a die-hard green Phillies fan.

Check out Peta’s complete top ten list.

Plus, check this out – PETA was also clever enough to point out the trend between vegetarian menu enhancements and the Phillies improved performance over the years… up to our team’s World Series Win!
