Friday Quickie: Keep It Goin’ All Winter Long

You’re enjoying your fresh produce & CSA veggies now, but what are you going to do once the temps drop and fresh, local veggies aren’t available?

Hint: Preserve them!

You can freeze, dehydrate or can your favorite fruits & veggies and dry herbs to keep ’em going all winter long.

Readers, what are you doing to preserve your summer bounty? I’m personally getting started on drying some mint this weekend! 🙂
