Mondays, March 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th
Spring is around the corner, and now is the perfect time to get in shape and shake off the winter blues. The exercises will focus on building stamina and using safe movements to build up muscle strength to prevent injury. We welcome neighbors and Awbury volunteer gardeners, as well the fitness curious, for this beginner and intermediate level class.
Please bring an exercise mat, water bottle, and (optional) light ankle and wrist weights.
For participants ages 18 and older.
Registration on our website is not necessary and not week-specific, but it will help the instructor be in touch in case of inclement weather.  In cases of snow or heavy rain, the class may be rescheduled.
