Bartlett Tree Experts and PHS : Pennsylvania Horticultural Society are excited to bring you the 16th annual Tree Care Update at the The Philadelphia Flower Show, on Thursday, March 8th, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. This annual seminar is for tree professionals and those dedicated to planting and maintaining trees.
Come hear about the latest pests and diseases bugging your trees, a legal perspective on tree care, and the development of blight-resistant American chestnuts from speakers including Dr. William Powell of The American Chestnut Research and Restoration Project, Megan McConnell of Bartlett Tree Research Laboratories, and Gilbert High, Jr. of the firm High, Swartz LLP. In connection with the Flower Show’s theme “Wonders of Water,” the topics of stormwater management and water-related tree issues will also be discussed by experts Dr. Drew Zwart, Dr. Franco Montalto, and Rachel Streit.

Registration: includes coffee, lunch, and admission to the PHS Philadelphia Flower Show after the seminar concludes. The seminar begins at 8:45 AM, with registration and coffee from 8:00-8:45 AM.
