We just got out of the proverbial dark tunnel of a rather interesting year full of unexpected events. 2020 was a whirlwind for the best of us. Now, on a good, normal day, where we don’t have to wear masks and there isn’t a disease circulating and paralyzing our day-to-day affairs, we get caught up in our minds with the need-to-do’s, and didn’t-do’s, the wish-I-could-do’s, and so on – what to speak of the state in which we may feel ourselves to be after so many environment-changing events! Feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety – these are now accepted as a common part of life that we all expect ourselves and others to go through. Though there are many things that are beyond our control, there still remain the most important things within it.
Join us for a workshop with long-practicing bhakti-yoga practitioner, mentor, and teacher Mangal-arti as she gives us some food for thought on the spiritual technology we can learn to tackle the new normal and experience inner empowerment like never before.
About Mangal-arti:
Mangal-arti has been a firm bhakti practitioner for over 15 years. Having studied the Bhagavad Gita and other spiritual texts under various Swamis, as well as teaching this 5000-year-old wisdom in many countries, she is passionate and convinced about the science of yoga as a holistic solution to many of the problems we face. Her classes are engaging, relaxing, and wise – facilitating a deeper understanding of the connection between mind, body, and soul.
