Come and celebrate the spring equinox with a meditative wellness walk through the greening forest. The equinox is a time of balance when daylight and night are equal. We will walk and sit in gentle, mindful reflection of this balance in the natural world as well as the balance in ourselves as we go through breathing and meditative exercises. Come feel the life and vitality of the returning spring with us! Registration is required (use link above).
