Look & See: A Portrait of Wendell Berry
Farmer-poet Wendell Berry reflects on his life and his native Kentucky county as its simple, bucolic traditions are replaced by industrialized agro-business. Robert Redford and Terrence Malick produced this portrait of a singular American voice and a changing way of life.
This film is part of the Green on Screen film series, presented in collaboration with the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church’s Environmental Justice Committee. The post-screening discussion will be led by Rev. Gilson Waldkoenig, Ph.D., Paulssen-Hale-Maurer Prof. of Church in Society, United Lutheran Seminary.
