We will explore the basics of mushroom cultivation from substrate sterilization to inoculation with spores and liquid culture.  The class with provide written instructions as well as a firsthand demonstration on how to create your very own indoor mushroom cultivation setup. The class will also have a brief identification segment that will highlight the differences between varieties of cultivated fungi.  With the right materials, growing this healthy addition to any dish is simpler than it seems.
