Green Burials: Networking, Wine-tasting & tour at Laurel Hill West

Hear from Emily Maroni, the Friends of Green Burial PA; Laurel Hill’s senior horticulturist, Gregg Tepper; and Tom Cavanaugh, Laurel Hill; to learn about sustainable burial practices and how the green burial areas are nurtured as local habitats, benefiting ecosystems and the community.  

Tour Bala Green’s native plants and take home a plant for your own garden! The evening will include an enlightening panel discussion and guided tour, where experts will discuss sustainable burial practices and how these sites can benefit local ecosystems and the community.
