Ron’s approach is to teach you how to solve complex movement issues using simple training techniques. You’ll be encouraged to explore your landscape of movement solutions to help you move and feel better! Emphasis and Intention will be on increasing capacity through isometric and slow eccentric exercises.
Workshop will be 55-60 minutes long educating and targeting areas such as:
? CARS (Controlled Articular Rotations)
? Mobility (full body)
? Dynamic Warmup/Cool Down ? Box Breathing (relaxation techniques)
? Proprioception work (Balance drills)
? Functional Strength/Injury Prevention Exercises
