THE ENERGY CO-OP HOSTS SESSION ON ELECTRIC VEHICLES
What: The Energy Co-op is holding a free webinar on the latest information about electric vehicles. This event will focus on the opportunities and challenges presented by EVs in southeastern Pennsylvania and around the country.
Their Member-to-Member Webinar Series allows for The Energy Co-op’s members to share their diverse expertise with members of their cooperative community.

WHO: The webinar will host a variety of panelists, including:
– Lee Berger, a Phoenixville reading specialist who has been a member of The Energy Co-op for about 15 years, and has been driving all-electric cars for the past eight years.
– Amy Bernknopf, the Associate Manager of the Office of Transit, Bicycle, and Pedestrian Planning at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), directs projects to recommend solutions for public transit.
– David Dlugosz works for the Department of Streets as a Traffic Engineer and is an advocate for climate change and EV charging infrastructure. David also hosts a climate roundtable discussing climate change’s effects and what can be done about it.
– Rob Graff works at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), developing initiatives to reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions, and to prepare the region for the long-term impacts of climate change
