The West Park Cultural Center in conjunction with the Fairmount Park Conservancy and Global Philadelphia are excited to present the 10th Annual West Park Arts Festival!
This year is the biggest yet! We are in a brand new location on the Avenue of the Republic (near the Please Touch Museum).
