Happy 6th Blogiversary, Green Philly!

Happy 6th Anniversary, Green Philly!

We can’t believe that it’s been over 6 years of postings, Twitter ramblings, and fun connecting with you guys, online and off.

An update from our 5th anniversary, we bring you some of our favorite stats:

Pounce DeLeon, the GP SpokesCat

So what’s in store for the future GPB?

Here’s a slight preview of things to come:

  • More interviews & highlighting our community members.
  • We’re working on a website redesign with our kickass designer to make the site better for you.
  • We’re partnering with rockstar nonprofits in the city to make sustainability more accessible for you. And really cool events.
  • Stay tuned for our new logo, coming really soon.
  • Updating content like our recently revised About Us page.

Readers, tell us: what do you want in the future? Give suggestions, comments or feedback in the comments or send an email to contact(at)greenphillyblog.com. And please show your love for us by voting for us as Best Local Blogger on the Philly Hot List! 😉

I’d also like to personally thank every one of you who has read, shared, discussed, debated, collaborated and met us to help mold Green Philly into what it is today. We’ll continue to shape the website, thanks to your inspiration.

Sincerely,

Julie M. Hancher

Editor-in-Chief & Co-Founder of Green Philly

**Special note: Happy 6th anniversary to my co-founder, Beth & her hubby Brad. They forever chose to remember our blog anniversary by getting hitched on this day 3 years ago. OK, ok. Maybe it was a coincidence… Regardless, it makes it a lot easier for me to remember 🙂
